WHAT ARE COMMUNITY TABLES?

The Community Table section of the Festival is where you can find all of the great Charitable and Not-For-Profit Organizations active in our Ukrainian community. Each organization is provided with an exhibition space that they fill with their wonderful displays which inform, educate, and entertain. Most exhibits also have a representative present if you wish learn more or engage in fascinating conversation. Get informed, get involved, or just wander by and see who’s out there making our community and world a better place.

COMMUNITY TABLE EXHIBITION INFORMATION

Exhibition spaces are free to Ukrainian community organizations that are in good standing with the Calgary Ukrainian Festival Foundation.

Exhibition space includes a 5 foot portion of a skirted table and skirted backdrop with enough room to set up a standard size trifold or retractable banners with room in front for brochures, pamphlets and a TV/DVD monitor.

The Calgary Ukrainian Festival Foundation DOES NOT allow paid raffles and/or sales of products or services on premises from the Community Table Exhibitors. You are welcome to refer festival guests to your website or other outlet for purchasing products or services.
